Mediation Intake Session

When you commence the family dispute resolution process, your first scheduled meeting will be your intake/assessment session with an accredited mediator. You will discuss issues in dispute, the history of your relationship with the other participants and any other matters that the FDRP considers relevant for the purposes of assessing if mediation is the right forum for the matter.
